soulin’: The Word That Changed My Life

A Quiet Beginning

There are moments in life that don’t arrive with noise, but with a quiet knowing. A whisper that gently lands somewhere deep inside you and if you dare to listen, it changes everything.

That’s how soulin’ came into my life.

It wasn’t something I learned or read about. It wasn’t given to me. It came through me, at the exact moment my platform was ready to be born in the beginning of the year 2025, when I had the privilege to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was during a magical channeling. A word I had never heard before, yet it carried a frequency I instantly recognized: abundance, authenticity, truth.

What soulin’ Means

soulin’ is, to me: - the act of flowing in alignment with one’s soul; - the embodiment of the Higher Self in everyday moments; - a state of deep contentment where nothing is missing and nothing is needed; - feeling grounded, present and fully connected to all and nothing at once.

The Seed Beneath the Surface

But this word didn’t emerge out of nowhere. It was planted, like a seed, in a time where life felt heavy, fast, sad and overwhelming. There was a period in my life where a lot happened. Intense experiences shaped me quickly and I found myself growing up faster than I had ever intended. For a long time, I lived from survival instead of from my heart.

Returning to Myself

Until, slowly… something shifted. Or needed to shift actually. After two concussions, a person who was truly honest crossed my path. This was my moment: change was needed, my body told me. I needed to surrender.

I started a journey inward. A journey of becoming conscious. Of turning inward instead of looking outward for answers. To stop keeping my head above water, staying in fight or flight modus. Slowly I began to meet myself, layer by layer.

I dusted off my inner compass. Through therapy, yes… but also through living. Through adventures. Through choosing to stay open, even when it felt easier to close.

Choosing Love Over Fear

And somewhere along the way, I made a quiet but powerful decision: I no longer wanted to live from fear. I wanted to allow happiness in. Fully. Because for a long time, even joy felt uncomfortable. As if something inside me didn’t trust it, didn’t believe it would last or I felt guilty to others. That subtle feeling, almost like “happiness pain”, slowly softened.

And that was the moment the seed of soulin’ was planted. I think this is more than 10 years ago.

Deepening the Connection

Then, life guided me further. Human Design crossed my path and it felt like remembering something I had always known. It deepened the connection to my soul, to my essence, to the way I am meant to move through life. And then… something unexpected opened within me. A desire I had never felt before: a longing for a child. Instead of questioning it, I allowed it. I trusted it. And not long after, we were blessed with a beautiful little soul in our lives.

Gratitude expanded in ways I didn’t know were possible. And sending love to every soul for whom this is a heavy part of their life and is not a given.

Speaking Our Truth

And with that came clarity. A deeper truth. A stronger voice. A willingness to finally speak out loud what we really wanted. Not what was expected, not what felt safe, but what felt true. That truth led us to... Switzerland. Note: I had never been there. My mind thought I was a person who needed to live in Spain, Portugal or another warm place. 'Till we visited Switzerland. I came home... A place where we now live, breathe and continue this journey. A place where everything came together and we raise our little one in fresh air and beautiful nature.

The Birth of soulin’

Because it was here… that soulin’ was fully born.

Not just as a word. But as something I now embody. I ride the waves of life differently. I tune in. I listen. I align: again and again. With myself. Guiding Others Home

And now, I feel called to guide others back to that same place within themselves. By themselves. To help them reconnect with their own inner compass. To support them in feeling and embodying their highest potential. Not through force. Not through pressure.

But through softness. Through presence. Through self-love. Through the tones of my singing bowls. Through frequencies. Through discovering your unique Human Design blueprint. Through what you feel you need.

Because soulin’ is not something you achieve.

It’s something you remember. And when you do…you realize that nothing is missing and nothing was ever needed to begin with.
