Hello!
My name is Linda and I'm a 40 year-old mommy who lives with her husband and 4 year-old son in a little village in Switzerland.
After working in the ratrace for years and years in The Netherlands where I was born, I decided to follow my soul 3 years ago. No boundries and this choice brought me to... Switzerland!
For only 8 months we were parents of our little son when we felt we needed to move from the crowded city where we lived in NL. But at that time it wasn't easy to find a place that met our requirements. I was already familiar with Human Design and this was the moment to start living fully according to my design: making contact with my body and thereby flowing on my soul. Being honest and believing in abundance. My husband did this too. Together we formed a powerful manifestation engine.
We looked at everything that came our way, we made choices based on what would serve us in our highest potential life. This led to a great job for my husband, we sold our house, got married and moved to Switzerland.
This sounds like a flow and it was, but with intense lows and highs, we found peace, space and beautiful nature around us. In addition to 'Mommy'ing' and being able to see my son grow up in clean air and pure nature, all without a support system (yet) around us, my nervous system slowly came to rest after difficult years.
After the big wave of emigration and the tough growing up phases of our son, I was able to give space to my creativity. I started my own monoprint studio. Through this I started to make warm contacts and build a network. With people who are on the same frequency.
And I came even closer in contact with my authenticity, my Higher Soul.
Step by step I learned more about my senses and my awakening proceed. Magical things happened and I believe that everything is energy. Everything is frequency. I finished a course Soul Reading and I developed myself in the field of meditation, channeling and Human Design.
This brought more alignment, more peace, abundance. After moving to a dream appartement that came our way just because we trusted our gut, being patient and working on our frequencys, it was time...
... to help others start-up their flow in life and living their highest potency. Because if I can do this, everyone can!
I finished a Human Design course where I learned to help others embodying their design. Took sound healing classes to learn how to play the magical singing bowls for others. And here I AM. Everything came together, soulin' was born and I'm offering different ways where I help you connect with your body, with your soul. Because I know that this is what we need to do, to live in peace, to experience selflove and we can spread love to others.
I'm not a healer. Or a guide or coach. I'm Linda, who gives you information about your design, I let you experience the healing frequency of my singing bowls. Just be curious, open and just breathe.
I believe that you have your own superpowers. You're enough. It's already in you. Just listen, experiment and experience how you pick up your flow.

About Human Design

Sound Healing
Everything is frequency and frequency is everything.
I create sound baths as a safe space to let you bring your body and soul back into balance. These will support you to connect with your body to embody the frequency you need to create magic and peace. The soothing sounds of my bowls will bring you just what you need at that moment. The vibrations of the sound bowls will ground you, bring you peace or give you just that energy that you needed to see everything more clear. The tones reach where hands and words aren't able to come. I believe that sound influences fascia and is able to release blocked energy. When you experience trigger points in your body, sound could be very nourishing.
These sound baths and sound healings are a beautiful way to integrate the embodiment of your Human Design bodygraph too. Leaning more into your body, connect with your intuition and feel more sensations, letting go of your mind and being present in 'the now' is one of the effects that a sound healing could bring you.
