Everything is frequency and frequency is everything.
I create sound baths as a safe space to let you bring your body and soul back into balance. These will support you to connect with your body to embody the frequency you need to create magic and peace. The soothing sounds of my bowls will bring you just what you need at that moment. The vibrations of the sound bowls will ground you, bring you peace or give you just that energy that you needed to see everything more clear.
These sound baths and sound healings are a beautiful way to integrate the embodiment of your Human Design bodygraph too. Leaning more into your body, connect with your intuition and feel more sensations, letting go of your mind and being present in 'the now' is one of the effects that a sound healing could bring you. I will offer the sound baths and healings offline and soon online. Online you'll receive the sound healing through your ears. The sound will reach your brain trough your ears and have their influence on your nervous system and brain waves. My safe space is my soulin' Studio in Weggis (Switzerland), but it's possible to receive the sound healing at your home when you live nearby Weggis/Luzern. 1:1 in real life the sound will reach your cells trough your body and could influence your cells, DNA, fascia etc. Let's connect about this when you have any questions.

Here is where the magic becomes tangible. Human Design shows us where attention may be supportive. Sound helps you bring awareness there without forcing anything.
Imagine:

A gently resonating tone supporting an open Solar Plexus center that tends to amplify emotion.

Grounding frequencies anchoring an undefined Root center that easily feels pressure.

Expansive vibrations opening space around a tightly held Throat center.
We are not “fixing” anything. We are allowing flow. Sound gives each center permission to exhale. And that is beautiful. It's like an orchestra and with the sound bowls your body could bring harmony gently back.

During the session we work directly with your energetic centers in a grounded, embodied setting. Before the session I'm honored to generate your bodygraph and would this be a gentle starting point.
